1. NO REFUND POLICY
All sales made through our platform are final. Due to the luxury, specialized nature of our fragrance formulations and hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. We encourage you to review your order carefully before checking out.
2. CANCELATION, RETURN, AND LOGISTICS FEES
By placing an order on our website, you enter into a binding purchase agreement. Our primary local distribution partner is Steadfast Courier.
• Mandatory Delivery Charges: If an order is canceled after dispatch, or if a customer initiates a return at the time of delivery, the customer is legally obligated to pay the full delivery charge.
• Refusing a delivery does not waive this fee; delivery logistics costs must be cleared by the buyer in all circumstances.
3. PRODUCT DAMAGE DURING RETURN/CANCELATION
We take immense pride in our rigid, luxury packaging to ensure products leave our facility in pristine condition.
• If a customer cancels an order at the doorstep or initiates a return, the product must be handed back to the courier completely intact and unopened.
• If the product, its luxury box, or its structural sealing is damaged in any way whilst in the customer’s possession or during the return/cancelation process, the customer is legally liable and must pay the full retail amount of the product.
4. STRICT PROHIBITION OF UNAUTHORIZED RESELLING
Tresoiré products are exclusively formulated, branded, and distributed under our official label.
• Retailing, reselling, or commercial redistribution of our products through your own business firms, e-commerce stores, social media pages, or physical outlets is strictly prohibited.
• Our fragrances are sold solely for personal consumer use. Unauthorized commercial exploitation or commercial flipping of Tresoiré batches will result in immediate legal action under the intellectual property and commercial laws of Bangladesh.
5. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of transactions on this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
